SHBJJ instructor Ryan, went to Hawaii for his 4th of July holiday. While there he went skydiving. I love how he represented the team by wearing his SHBJJ t-shirt. Never leave home without it.
SHBJJ, will be canceling its July “Friday Night Fight Night”… however we will be holding a much larger fight night on August 6 th . The August “Friday Night Fight Night” will be a full BJJ competition with competitors from all over China, as well as competitors from abroad. The August 6th fight night will be the last event of 2010. SHBJJ and its sponsor NoBeltMMA.com put together some money and will be giving 500rmb cash prizes to all the first place winners. We will also have an MMA super fight in between the BJJ brackets. You do not want to miss this event; it will be a great opportunity to compete with students from all over Shanghai, China and abroad.
