At SHBJJ we pride ourselves on having the most professional instructors and set our standards for each class high. Each instructor is a professional and has been training in BJJ for a minimum of 6 years with some up to 14 years, in total our three main instructors have just under 30 years of experience in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Not only do we provide our students with most educated instructors in Shanghai, but each instructor is also a World Class Champion or finalist in their division. This gives them the experience of teaching students to be professional athletes/fighters or simply teaching a student that just wants to have fun and enjoy training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for exercise or self-defense. No other school in Shanghai offers such a well-rounded staff.

SHBJJ, is also the only school in Shanghai that is a registered academy and holds promotional ceremonies ever six months. We feel that if our students put in the hard work and accomplish the class requirements, then they should be rewarded with proper belt promotions. Each student that graduates to a colored belt and receives a diploma from SHBJJ, will also be registered into the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation.
If you are going to train hard, then come train with the best Shanghai has to offer.
