SHBJJ boot camp training is designed to inspire, encourage and challenge you to reach your health and fitness goals. In addition to helping you strengthen, tone, and increase your cardio fitness, our boot camp workouts are designed to build your confidence and boost your well-being - no matter what your age or fitness level. This is course is designed for the average person that just wants to lose weight or for the hardcore athlete that wants to prepare himself for a fight or competition.
COURSE
6 weeks, Monday thru Friday, 7:00am – 8:00am
Train like a pro-fighter would in preparation for a title fight
Learn how to personalized diet
All necessary equipment is available at the gym.

Miss or be late for any day: You'll pay a price.
Miss 2 days: You're gone.
Late 3 days: Youre gone.
